What couples ask about pricing.

Do you handle destination weddings outside Key West? +
Yes. We regularly cover Key Largo, Islamorada, Marathon, Big Pine, and the rest of the Florida Keys. Mileage is included for any Keys venue — no travel fees inside the corridor. Marco Island, Miami, and the rest of South Florida are quoted on request.
What's the deposit and payment schedule? +
A 25% deposit locks in your date once you sign the agreement. The remaining balance is split into two payments — half at your final consultation (roughly 30 days out) and the rest on event day. We don't run your card on file — every payment is on your terms.
Can I do a payment plan? +
Yes. After the deposit, you can split the balance across up to four monthly payments as long as everything is paid in full 30 days before your event. Just ask during booking — we keep it simple, no financing paperwork, no interest.
What if my guest count or venue changes after I book? +
No problem. We adjust the gear and crew to match — same flat rate unless you bump up to a longer package. Most event-day changes are absorbed at no extra cost because we always carry backup equipment on Keys events anyway.
Can I customize a package or build a custom mix? +
Absolutely. Most couples start with one of the three tiers and add ceremony audio, lighting, an extra hour, or a photo booth. Tell us what you need in the booking form or email force-of-nature-ent@polsia.app and we'll customize a quote.
