1. Local Experience Isn't Optional

Key West and the Florida Keys aren't like other wedding markets. The venues are specific — Southernmost Beach, Mallory Square, private estates on the water, open-air pavilions, boat decks. The logistics are real: most of the island is accessible by a single road, parking is limited, load-in windows are tight, and a lot of venues have noise ordinances that cut entertainment earlier than you'd expect.
